Ingredients

2 cups green grapes

1/2 cup toasted almonds

1 cucumber

2 tbsp olive oil base

Fresh mint

Instructions

Blend grapes, almonds, cucumber and water until smooth.

Chill 2 hours.

Drizzle infused olive oil and garnish mint.

Decarboxylation

Temperature 245F / 118C. Time 35 minutes. Cannabis 7g. Standard decarb in oven. Flower will be used to infuse the olive oil.

Infusion

Method Infused olive oil. Base 1/4 cup. Temperature 160F. Time 60 minutes. Yield 1/4 cup. Storage refrigerate up to 4 weeks.

Decarb cannabis flower.

Infuse oil with decarbed flower.

Simmer gently 60 minutes.

Strain.
