Soft rosewater Turkish delight cubes studded with pistachios and cannabis infusion melt with floral elegance.

Ingredients

2 cups sugar

1/2 cup cornstarch

1 cup water

1/4 cup rosewater

3g decarbed cannabis flower

1/2 cup pistachios chopped

Powdered sugar for coating

Instructions

Prepare infusion (see below).

Mix cornstarch with 1 cup cold water into slurry.

Cook sugar and remaining water to 240°F, add slurry stirring constantly until thick.

Stir in rosewater and infused base, cook 10 more minutes.

Fold in pistachios, pour into oiled pan, cool overnight, cut and coat in powdered sugar.

Decarboxylation

Temperature 240°F / 115°C. Time 30 minutes. Cannabis 3g. Standard decarb in oven. Flower will be used to infuse the syrup.

Infusion

Method Infused Syrup. Base rosewater water total 1/4 cup. Temperature 160°F. Time 20 minutes. Yield 1/4 cup. Storage refrigerate up to 1 week.

Warm rosewater mixture to 160°F.

Add decarbed cannabis, stir 20 minutes; strain before adding to cornstarch.
