Step by Step:

1 Preheat oven to 245F / 118C.

2 Break up 2g cannabis flower into small pieces. Spread evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

3 Place in oven and bake for 35 minutes. Flower should be lightly golden and dry to the touch.

4 Remove from oven and let cool completely. Decarbed flower is now ready for infusion.

Step by Step:

1 Decarb cannabis (see above).

2 Place 2 tbsp coconut oil in a small heatproof bowl or double boiler.

3 Add the decarbed cannabis flower to the oil. Stir gently to combine.

4 Warm over low heat until mixture reaches 160F. Maintain temperature, do not exceed 160F.

5 Simmer gently at 160F for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.

6 Remove from heat. Strain through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a clean container. Discard plant material.

7 The infused coconut oil is now ready. Blend into rose water mixture as directed below.

📋 Recipe Instructions

1 Decarb cannabis at 245°F for 35 minutes.

2 Infuse decarbed cannabis into coconut oil at 160°F for 45 minutes then strain; blend into rose water and cardamom syrup.

3 In a serving glass, combine 1 cup rose water and ½ cup cardamom simple syrup. Stir in the strained infused coconut oil until well blended.

4 Add sparkling water. Pour into glass. Makes 1 serving.
