Step by Step:
1 Preheat oven to 245F / 118C.
2 Break up 4.5g cannabis flower into small pieces. Spread evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3 Place in oven and bake for 35 minutes. Flower should be lightly golden and dry to the touch. Work in a well-ventilated area and use oven mitts.
4 Remove from oven and let cool completely. Decarbed flower is now ready for infusion.

Step by Step:
1 Decarb cannabis flower (see Decarboxylation steps above).
2 Place 3 tbsp butter in a small heatproof bowl or double boiler.
3 Add the decarbed cannabis flower to the butter. Stir gently to combine.
4 Warm over low heat using a double boiler method until mixture reaches 160F. Maintain temperature, do not exceed 160F.
5 Simmer gently at 160F for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6 Remove from heat. Strain through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a clean container. Fold into corn topping off heat.

1 Mix shredded chicken with olives, raisins, egg into base.
2 Top with sweet corn puree.
3 Decarb the cannabis at 245°F for 35 minutes.
4 Infuse 4.5g cannabis into butter at 160°F for 45 minutes, then strain. Stir infused butter into corn puree off heat.
5 Bake bites 15 min. Makes 6 bites.
