Ingredients

2 small green cabbage heads cut into 4 one-inch steaks

Instructions

Infusion

Method Infused Brown Butter. Base butter total 1/2 cup. Temperature 160°F. Time 25 minutes. Yield 1/2 cup. Storage refrigerate up to 1 week.

After decarb cool flower completely, place butter in small saucepan over low heat.

Add decarbed cannabis, stir gently every 5 minutes maintaining exact 160°F with thermometer for 25 minutes until nutty aroma develops and butter turns golden; never boil.
