Ingredients

4 meringue nests

2 cups strawberries

1 cup cream

2 tbsp strawberry coulis base

Instructions

Crush meringue and layer with strawberries and whipped cream.

Temperature 245F / 118C. Time 35 minutes. Cannabis 7g. Standard decarb in oven. Flower will be used to infuse the strawberry coulis.

Infusion

Method Infused strawberry coulis. Base 1/2 cup. Temperature 160F. Time 45 minutes. Yield 1/2 cup. Storage refrigerate up to 2 weeks.

Decarb cannabis.

Simmer coulis with decarbed flower.

Strain and cool.
