Crispy fried halloumi sticks tossed in harissa honey with cannabis labneh dip for spicy cheesy Mediterranean finger food.

Ingredients

12 oz halloumi cut fries

1/4 cup harissa honey cannabis infused

Neutral oil for frying

1/2 cup labneh

Pomegranate seeds

Instructions

Pat halloumi dry. Heat oil 350F fry batches 3-4 minutes golden crisp drain.

Toss hot fries immediately in warm cannabis harissa honey. Serve with labneh dip pomegranate.

Decarboxylation

Temperature 245F / 118C. Time 35 minutes. Cannabis 6g. Standard decarb in oven. Flower will be used to infuse the honey.

Infusion

Method Infused honey. Base honey total 1/4 cup. Temperature 160F. Time 25 minutes. Yield 1/4 cup. Storage refrigerate up to 1 week.

Warm honey low 160F.

Add decarbed cannabis pouch infuse 25 minutes strain.
