Step by Step:
1 Preheat oven to 245°F / 118°C.
2 Break up 3g cannabis flower into small pieces. Spread evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3 Place in oven and bake for 35 minutes. Flower should be lightly golden and dry to the touch.
4 Remove from oven and let cool completely. Decarbed flower is now ready for infusion.

Step by Step:
1 Decarb cannabis (see steps above). Warm coconut oil with decarbed flower. Simmer low 45 minutes. Strain.
2 Place 2 tbsp coconut oil in a small heatproof bowl. Add the decarbed cannabis flower.
3 Warm over low heat using a double boiler until mixture reaches 160F. Maintain temperature, do not exceed 160F.
4 Simmer gently at 160F for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5 Remove from heat. Strain through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a clean container.
6 Blend the infused oil into the warm tea mixture (see recipe steps).
๐ Recipe Instructions
1 Decarb cannabis at 245°F for 35 minutes.
2 Infuse decarbed cannabis into coconut oil at 160°F for 45 minutes then strain.
3 In a saucepan, gently warm 1 cup cooled hibiscus tea, 2 tbsp raw honey, 2 tbsp freshly grated ginger, and the infused coconut oil. Stir until honey dissolves and mixture is warm, not boiling.
4 Bloom gelatin: Sprinkle 2 tbsp gelatin over ¼ cup cold water. Let sit 5 minutes. Add bloomed gelatin to the warm tea mixture, stirring until completely dissolved.
5 Remove from heat. Slowly stir in ½ cup sparkling water. Pour into silicone molds (makes 12).
6 Chill 3 hours until firm. Unmold and serve. Store in refrigerator up to 1 week.
