Full Recipe Steps

 * Bring a pot of water to a boil. Cook 6 ounces of lo mein noodles according to package directions, usually 3-4 minutes. Drain and set aside.

 * In a small bowl, whisk 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon dark soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon rice vinegar, and 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar.

 * Place a wok or large skillet over medium heat.

 * Add 1/2 tablespoon non-infused neutral oil and 1 tablespoon infused sesame oil.

 * Once shimmering, add 2 cloves minced garlic and 1 teaspoon grated ginger. Sauté for 45 seconds until fragrant but not browned.

 * Toss the cooked noodles into the skillet.

 * Pour the sauce mixture over the noodles. Use tongs to toss constantly for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the noodles evenly.

 * Remove from heat.

 * Garnish with 2 sliced green onions and 1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds.
