Full Recipe Steps

Bring a pot of water to a boil. Cook 6 ounces of lo mein noodles according to package directions, usually 3-4 minutes. Drain and set aside.

In a small bowl, whisk 1.5 tablespoons peanut butter, 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon dark soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon rice vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon chili garlic sauce with a splash of warm water until smooth.

Place a wok or large skillet over medium heat.

Add 1/2 tablespoon non-infused neutral oil and 1 tablespoon infused sesame oil.

Once shimmering, add 2 cloves minced garlic and 1 teaspoon grated ginger. Sauté for 45 seconds until fragrant but not browned.

Toss the cooked noodles into the skillet.

Pour the peanut sauce mixture over the noodles. Use tongs to toss constantly for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the noodles evenly.

Remove from heat.

Garnish with 2 sliced green onions and 1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds.
