Ingredients

Infused Espresso Syrup 2 tablespoons poured over 18 percent DV Iron

Vanilla gelato 4 scoops 20 percent DV Calcium

Fresh espresso 1 cup hot 5 percent DV Potassium

Dark chocolate shavings 2 tablespoons 10 percent DV

Amaretto 1 tablespoon optional 5 percent DV

Toasted hazelnuts 1/4 cup chopped 12 percent DV Vitamin E

Instructions

Brew hot espresso with infusion, Flow tip: short pull preserves volatile terpenes.

Scoop gelato into glasses, Flow tip: chill glasses for dramatic hot-cold melt.

Pour espresso over and garnish, Flow tip: serve immediately for perfect contrast.

Decarboxylation

Temperature 240F / 115C. Time 40 minutes. Cannabis 3.2g. Standard decarb in oven. Flower will be used to infuse the espresso for the affogato.

Infusion

Method Infused Espresso Syrup. Base: espresso and sugar (1 cup total). Temperature 160F. Time 30 minutes. Yield 1 cup. Storage refrigerate up to 1 week.

Brew espresso.

Add decarbed flower and sugar.

Steep then strain.
