Ingredients

Infused Espresso Shot 2 tablespoons poured over 22 percent DV Vitamin B3

Vanilla gelato 2 scoops 20 percent DV Calcium

Espresso beans 4 tablespoons ground 5 percent DV Iron

Hot water 1/2 cup 0 percent DV

Dark chocolate shavings 2 tablespoons 10 percent DV

Fresh mint leaf 1 2 percent DV Vitamin K

Instructions

Pull infused espresso shot fresh, Flow tip: use fresh grind to maximize aroma and preserve terpene volatility.

Scoop gelato into warm cups, Flow tip: temper slightly for perfect melt without sogginess.

Pour hot shot over gelato and top with shavings, Flow tip: serve immediately for dramatic contrast and scent release.

Decarboxylation

Temperature 240F / 115C. Time 40 minutes. Cannabis 10g. Standard decarb in oven. Flower will be used to infuse the espresso for the affogato.

Infusion

Method Infused Espresso Shot. Base: ground espresso and water (1 cup total). Temperature 195F. Time 30 minutes. Yield 1 cup. Storage refrigerate up to 1 week.

Bloom grounds with hot water.

Add decarbed flower.
