Instructions

Pulse hazelnuts into crust then press into tart pan, Flow tip: bake blind to keep crisp while protecting delicate terpenes.

Melt chocolate with butter and fill shell, Flow tip: cool slightly before adding eggs for smooth set.

Bake until just set then drizzle warm infused Frangelico, Flow tip: slice after full chill for clean edges.

Decarboxylation

Temperature 240F / 115C. Time 40 minutes. Cannabis 3g. Standard decarb in oven. Flower will be used to infuse the Frangelico for the tart.

Infusion

Method Infused Frangelico Drizzle. Base: Frangelico sugar and hazelnut (1 cup total). Temperature 150F. Time 50 minutes. Yield 1 cup. Storage refrigerate up to 1 week.
