Ingredients

Infused Milk 1 cup poured 25 percent DV Calcium

Cereal flakes 1 cup 20 percent DV Carbohydrates

Fresh berries 1/4 cup 15 percent DV Vitamin C

Sugar 1 teaspoon optional 5 percent DV

Instructions

Pour cereal into bowl, Flow tip: use deep bowl to contain infused milk splash.

Microwave infused milk 30 seconds then pour over cereal, Flow tip: warm gently to activate terpenes without curdling.

Top with berries and stir lightly then eat, Flow tip: consume quickly while crunchy.

Decarboxylation

Temperature 240F / 115C. Time 40 minutes. Cannabis 7g. Standard decarb in oven. Flower will be used to infuse the milk for the cereal.

Infusion

Method Infused Milk. Base: milk and vanilla (1 cup total). Temperature 150F. Time 50 minutes. Yield 1 cup. Storage refrigerate up to 3 days.

Warm milk with vanilla.

Add decarbed flower.
