Mint Cannabis Mojito Mocktail

Ingredients (4 servings, \~38mg THC each)
- 1g cannabis flower (15% THC)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 bunch fresh mint leaves
- 4 limes (juiced)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 cups soda water
Decarboxylation
- Preheat oven to 240°F.
- Grind 1g cannabis finely.
- Spread evenly on parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake 30-40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
- Cool completely.
Infusion
- In saucepan, combine decarbed cannabis, sugar, water, and coconut oil.
- Simmer on low heat 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Do not boil.
- Strain through cheesecloth or fine mesh to make canna-syrup. Cool.
Assembly
- In glasses, muddle mint and lime juice with 2-3 tbsp canna-syrup each.
- Top with ice and soda water. Stir gently.
Dosage & Safety
\~38mg THC per serving (medium dose). Beginners: start with ¼ serving (\~10mg). Wait 1-2 hours. Store syrup refrigerated up to 1 week.
