Instructions

Crust catfish with pecans then pan-fry, Flow tip: medium heat for golden crust without overcooking the infusion.

Decarboxylation

Temperature 240F / 115C. Time 40 minutes. Cannabis 5g. Standard decarb in oven. Flower will be used to infuse the remoulade for the catfish.
