Pineapple Ginger Cannabis Sparkler

Ingredients (4 servings, \~38mg THC each)
- 1g cannabis flower (15% THC)
- 2 cups pineapple juice
- 1 inch fresh ginger (grated)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 cups sparkling water
- Ice and pineapple wedges for serving
Decarboxylation
- Preheat oven to 240°F.
- Grind 1g cannabis finely.
- Spread evenly on parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake 30-40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
- Cool completely.
Infusion
- In saucepan, combine decarbed cannabis, pineapple juice, ginger, and coconut oil.
- Simmer on low heat 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Do not boil. Strain and cool.
Assembly
- Mix cooled canna-juice with sparkling water and ice.
- Serve with pineapple wedges.
Dosage & Safety
\~38mg THC per serving (medium dose). Beginners: start with ¼ serving (\~10mg). Wait 1-2 hours. Store refrigerated up to 3 days.
