Raspberry Hibiscus Cannabis Cooler

Ingredients (4 servings, \~38mg THC each)
- 1g cannabis flower (15% THC)
- 2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
- 2 hibiscus tea bags
- 1 cup hot water
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 cups cold sparkling water
- Ice and fresh raspberries for serving
Decarboxylation
- Preheat oven to 240°F.
- Grind 1g cannabis finely.
- Spread evenly on parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake 30-40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
- Cool completely.
Infusion
- Brew hibiscus tea in hot water 5 minutes. Add decarbed cannabis and coconut oil. Steep 20 minutes. Strain and cool.
Assembly
- Blend raspberries with honey. Strain puree into hibiscus canna-tea.
- Mix with sparkling water and ice. Serve garnished.
Dosage & Safety
\~38mg THC per serving (medium dose). Beginners: start with ¼ serving (\~10mg). Wait 1-2 hours. Store refrigerated up to 3 days.
