Spiced Cannabis Chai Latte

Ingredients (4 servings, \~38mg THC each)

  • 1g cannabis flower (15% THC)
  • 2 cups whole milk (or plant-based)
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp loose chai spices (cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, black pepper)
  • 2 tbsp sugar or honey
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Decarboxylation

  1. Preheat oven to 240°F.
  2. Grind 1g cannabis finely.
  3. Spread evenly on parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake 30-40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
  5. Cool completely.

Infusion

  1. In saucepan, combine decarbed cannabis, milk, and coconut oil.
  2. Simmer on low heat 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Do not boil.
  3. Strain through cheesecloth or fine mesh. This is cannamilk.

Assembly

  1. Brew chai spices in 1 cup boiling water 5 minutes. Strain.
  2. Mix hot chai tea with cannamilk and sugar. Serve hot.

Dosage & Safety

\~38mg THC per serving (medium dose). Beginners: start with ¼ serving (\~10mg). Wait 1-2 hours. Store refrigerated up to 3 days.
