Spiced Cannabis Chai Latte

Ingredients (4 servings, \~38mg THC each)
- 1g cannabis flower (15% THC)
- 2 cups whole milk (or plant-based)
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp loose chai spices (cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, black pepper)
- 2 tbsp sugar or honey
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Decarboxylation
- Preheat oven to 240°F.
- Grind 1g cannabis finely.
- Spread evenly on parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake 30-40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
- Cool completely.
Infusion
- In saucepan, combine decarbed cannabis, milk, and coconut oil.
- Simmer on low heat 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Do not boil.
- Strain through cheesecloth or fine mesh. This is cannamilk.
Assembly
- Brew chai spices in 1 cup boiling water 5 minutes. Strain.
- Mix hot chai tea with cannamilk and sugar. Serve hot.
Dosage & Safety
\~38mg THC per serving (medium dose). Beginners: start with ¼ serving (\~10mg). Wait 1-2 hours. Store refrigerated up to 3 days.
