Tropical Cannabis Coconut Punch

Ingredients (4 servings, \~38mg THC each)
- 1g cannabis flower (15% THC)
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- Ice and pineapple wedges for serving
Decarboxylation
- Preheat oven to 240°F.
- Grind 1g cannabis finely.
- Spread evenly on parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake 30-40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
- Cool completely.
Infusion
- In blender, combine decarbed cannabis, coconut milk, and coconut oil.
- Blend on high until smooth. Strain if desired. This is cannamilk.
Assembly
- Mix cannamilk with pineapple and orange juices in pitcher.
- Serve chilled over ice.
Dosage & Safety
\~38mg THC per serving (medium dose). Beginners: start with ¼ serving (\~10mg). Wait 1-2 hours. Store refrigerated up to 3 days.
