Classic bloody mary gains savory depth from cannabis-infused vodka for the ultimate brunch cocktail.

Ingredients

2 oz cannabis-infused vodka

4 oz tomato juice

1 oz lemon juice

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp hot sauce

Celery salt for rim

Celery stalk, olives, bacon and shrimp for garnish

Instructions

Prepare infusion (see below).

Rim tall glass with lemon wedge then dip in celery salt.

Fill glass with ice, add infused vodka, tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire and hot sauce.

Stir well to combine.

Garnish with celery stalk, olives, bacon and shrimp skewer.

Decarboxylation

Temperature 240°F / 115°C. Time 30 minutes. Cannabis 3g. Standard decarb in oven. Flower will be used to infuse the vodka.

Infusion

Method Infused Vodka. Base vodka total 1 cup. Temperature 160°F. Time 25 minutes. Yield 1 cup. Storage refrigerate up to 1 week.

Warm vodka to 160°F in double boiler.

Add decarbed cannabis, stir 25 minutes; strain before using.
