Creamy cookie butter cold foam latte infused with cannabis glycerin for frothy cafe-style sip.

Why It Works Glycerin tincture mixes seamlessly into cold foam without altering texture.

Ingredients

1 shot espresso or strong coffee

1 cup milk frothed

2 tbsp cookie butter

2 tbsp infused glycerin tincture (see infusion)

Whipped cream optional

Instructions

Froth milk with cookie butter until thick foam.

Pour coffee into glass, top with cookie butter foam.

Drizzle infused glycerin tincture over foam.

Decarboxylation

Temperature 240F / 115C. Time 30 minutes. Cannabis 3g. Standard decarb in oven. Flower will be used to infuse the glycerin.

Infusion

Method Infused Glycerin Tincture. Base Vegetable glycerin total 1/4 cup. Temperature 160F. Time 25 minutes. Yield 1/4 cup. Storage refrigerate up to 1 week.

Combine glycerin and decarbed cannabis in jar.

Heat gently 25 minutes in water bath, strain.
