Ingredients

2 oz cannabis-infused vodka

1 oz triple sec

1 oz cranberry juice

1/2 oz fresh lime juice

Orange twist for garnish

Instructions

Prepare infusion (see below).

Fill cocktail shaker with ice.

Add infused vodka, triple sec, cranberry juice and lime juice.

Shake vigorously 15 seconds until chilled.

Double strain into chilled martini glass and garnish with orange twist.

Decarboxylation

Temperature 240°F / 115°C. Time 30 minutes. Cannabis 3g. Standard decarb in oven. Flower will be used to infuse the vodka.

Infusion

Method Infused Vodka. Base vodka total 1 cup. Temperature 160°F. Time 25 minutes. Yield 1 cup. Storage refrigerate up to 1 week.

Warm vodka to 160°F in double boiler.

Add decarbed cannabis, stir 25 minutes; strain before using.
