Ingredients

1.5 oz cannabis-infused whiskey

6 oz hot coffee

1 tsp brown sugar

Whipped cream and chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions

Prepare infusion (see below).

Add brown sugar to mug, pour in hot coffee and stir to dissolve.

Add infused whiskey and stir gently.

Top with whipped cream.

Garnish with chocolate shavings.

Decarboxylation

Temperature 240°F / 115°C. Time 30 minutes. Cannabis 3g. Standard decarb in oven. Flower will be used to infuse the whiskey.

Infusion

Method Infused Whiskey. Base whiskey total 1 cup. Temperature 160°F. Time 25 minutes. Yield 1 cup. Storage refrigerate up to 1 week.

Warm whiskey to 160°F in double boiler.

Add decarbed cannabis, stir 25 minutes; strain before using.
