Ingredients

2 oz cannabis-infused vodka

4 oz ginger beer

1 oz fresh lime juice

Lime wedge and mint sprig for garnish

Instructions

Prepare infusion (see below).

Fill copper mug with ice.

Add infused vodka and lime juice.

Top with ginger beer and stir gently.

Garnish with lime wedge and mint sprig.

Decarboxylation

Temperature 245°F / 118°C. Time 35 minutes. Cannabis 3.5g. Standard decarb in oven. Flower will be used to infuse the vodka.

Infusion

Method Infused Vodka. Base vodka total 1 cup. Temperature 160°F. Time 20 minutes. Yield 1 cup. Storage refrigerate up to 1 week.

Warm vodka to 160°F in double boiler.

Add decarbed cannabis, stir 20 minutes; strain before using.
