Ingredients

2 oz cannabis-infused prosecco

2 oz peach puree

Peach slice for garnish

Instructions

Prepare infusion (see below).

Spoon peach puree into champagne flute.

Slowly top with chilled infused prosecco.

Stir gently once.

Garnish with fresh peach slice.

Decarboxylation

Temperature 245°F / 118°C. Time 35 minutes. Cannabis 3.5g. Standard decarb in oven. Flower will be used to infuse the prosecco.

Infusion

Method Infused Prosecco. Base prosecco total 1 bottle. Temperature 160°F. Time 20 minutes. Yield 1 bottle. Storage refrigerate up to 1 week.

Chill prosecco to 160°F in warm water bath.

Add decarbed cannabis via mesh bag, steep 20 minutes; remove before serving.
