Crunchy dark chocolate bark swirled with cannabis tahini halva and toasted pistachios for elegant Middle Eastern confection snap.

Ingredients

12 oz dark chocolate

1/2 cup tahini cannabis infused

1/2 cup pistachios chopped

1/4 cup halva crumbled

Dried rose petals

Instructions

Temper chocolate melt stir smooth. Spread thin on parchment.

Dollop cannabis tahini swirl gently. Sprinkle pistachios halva rose petals. Chill 30 minutes until set break shards.

Decarboxylation

Temperature 245F / 118C. Time 35 minutes. Cannabis 8g. Standard decarb in oven. Flower will be used to infuse the tahini.

Infusion

Method Infused tahini. Base tahini total 1/2 cup. Temperature 160F. Time 20 minutes. Yield 1/2 cup. Storage refrigerate up to 1 week.

Warm tahini low 160F.

Add decarbed cannabis stir 20 minutes strain.
